Myong J. Cho (심명자), PhD, is a retired DuPont Technical Fellow after 44 years of professional employment at Ralston Purina Co. St. Louis, MO and DuPont, Wilmington, DE.  Myong had been a food protein and process scientist by training and education.  Myong holds a number of US and worldwide patents on soy protein, and its process and application.   Myong is very active in Korean Hope Presbyterian Church serving as a woman elder (권사), volunteering Treasurer and a cell group leader primarily ministering Korean graduate students of Washington University.  Myong currently enjoys taking courses at Covenant Theological Seminary and Community College.
